This is it. The last hurrah. The final countdown. The end of the road. No don’t be alarmed – Flexo is still here! We’ve just moved.

By now, you will have received our first email sent to you from our new address. This is just in case anyone missed the announcement and we fell into your junk folder! Or if you didn’t receive the email, sign up HERE so we can keep in touch!

Either way, this is most definitely the very last communication we will send through this Kickstarter channel. Everything in the future will be coming from the brand new ‘Flexo’ email address.

We’ve come a long, long way together…

It started with an idea.

A suggestion.

A seed.

And then it was planted.

Late night experiments in a garage. Early 3D printed renditions. Planning. Dreaming. Hoping.

Next, we met you in Kickstarter. You came from everywhere around the world. You amazed us. You breathed life into the idea and Flexo was born. You took grey and orange bricks and a sheet of tendons and showed us the potential and the creative possibilities. We took your inspiration and ran with it, and after our second Kickstarter round we had a rainbow of colors and two new brick shapes to show for it.

We’ve come a long, long way together. It’s a story that wouldn’t exist without you – the main characters. And like every good story, the next chapter has our main characters embarking on another exciting adventure together.

We have long kept you in the loop with all things Flexo right here, via Kickstarter. But it’s time to evolve and change – just like you’ve shown us.

Yesterday, you should have received mail in your inbox from ‘Flexo’. We don’t want to lose you, so double check now and make sure we didn’t end up in your junk folder!

That’s it - you don’t need to do anything! You’ll continue to receive contact from us each month, but because you are our original #FlexoFam, we will continue to give you exclusive sneak peeks and EARLY ACCESS to all future Flexo products.

It’s been like Santa’s grotto these past few weeks packaging up and shipping orders! For all those backers who have completed the survey and payment has gone through, your orders have been shipped and you should have received an email confirming tracking details, or better still you will have already received your order. If this isn’t the case, please contact us at [email protected].  

We know there have been some issues, so we really appreciate your comments, and we’re looking to resolve these as quickly as possible.  

Still waiting for your order?

It might be that you haven’t completed your survey, confirmed your shipping details or made payment. If this is the case, we would ask you to do this as soon as possible – we’d love to be able to send you your Flexo goodies. They’re currently waiting for a new home!  If you have misplaced the Backerkit survey email, click here.

Shipping has commenced!

Your eagerly awaited orders are being picked and packed and will be flying out the door this week! We’ve even had word that some have been delivered across New Zealand and Australia – happy customers!  

Thank you once again for your support and we’re super excited that those of you a little further afield will be receiving your orders soon. Keep an eye out for your tracking notification that will be sent to your email address used for the Backerkit survey. 

Haven't completed your Backerkit survey yet?

For those of you that are yet to complete your survey, we would urge you to do so asap. Just click on the Backerkit link we emailed you at the beginning of November. The sooner we receive your shipping details, the sooner we can get your parcel to you.

Declined payments

There are still several outstanding orders where payment details have been declined. If this is the case, you will have received an email confirming next steps. Again, we would urge you to update your payment details asap, so we can finalise your order.

We’re getting ready to ship!

This is it! Payments have now been processed for your Flexo rewards and we’re close to finalising shipping addresses and getting your parcels sent to you.  

Addresses will be locked down in the next 48 hours so please make sure your shipping address is up to date on your BackerKit survey. If you need to review your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your original survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. 

There are still about 60 unanswered surveys, so we would urge you to complete these as soon as possible. You can still fill it out to get your rewards, however, your shipment may be delayed.  

There were a small number of declined payments too. For those affected by this, please check your emails for a notification from BackerKit and update your payment details, so that we can get your order ready for shipping. 

We will start shipping at the end of next week which is very exciting!
